These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using donut.build. By using the site, you agree to follow them.

Website usage rules

You may use donut.build to browse, upload, and download Minecraft schematic and build files, but you must use the site lawfully and respectfully.

You agree not to:

• misuse the site or try to break, overload, scrape, or bypass it
• upload files or content you do not have the right to share
• post misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal material
• interfere with other users, the site, or its security
• use the site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful files

User-generated and uploaded content

If you upload files, screenshots, text, comments, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• you own it or have permission to share it
• it does not infringe someone else's rights
• it does not contain malicious code or hidden harmful material
• it follows these Terms and any rules shown on the site

You keep ownership of your content, but you give donut.build permission to host, store, display, process, and distribute it as needed to operate the site.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, post, or link content that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• includes malware, viruses, or unsafe files
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or clearly misleading
• contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal content
• violates another person's privacy or personal rights

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe content on donut.build infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@donut.build with enough detail for us to review the claim.

We may remove or disable access to reported content while we investigate. Repeat infringers or abusive uploaders may lose access to the site.

File accuracy and safety disclaimer

donut.build is a community platform. We do not guarantee that uploaded files, descriptions, screenshots, version labels, or build details are complete, accurate, safe, or suitable for your specific setup.

Always use caution when downloading files, check compatibility with your Minecraft version and tools, and review user-provided information before relying on it.

Account and content removal

We may remove content, restrict uploads, suspend accounts, or block access if we believe it is necessary to:

• enforce these Terms
• respond to legal or safety concerns
• address abuse, spam, fraud, or infringement claims
• protect the site, its users, or third parties

We may do this with or without prior notice when the situation requires it.

Third-party services

The site may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, and advertising. Your use of those parts of the service may also be affected by the policies of those providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, donut.build is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, downloads, access, or business resulting from your use of the site, downloaded files, or user-submitted content.
