Donut.build Upload Competition Rules

Competition Window

• Starts: April 20, 2026 at 00:00 UTC
• Ends: May 21, 2026 at 00:00 UTC

These rules apply to the donut.build upload competition leaderboard and prize payouts.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must use a valid donut.build account.
• Entries must be submitted through donut.build during the active competition window.
• We may reject, remove, or disqualify entries that violate site rules, copyright rules, or these competition rules.

2. How leaderboard ranking works

• The main leaderboard ranks users by the total number of qualifying schematics uploaded during the competition window.
• Only uploads created between April 20, 2026 00:00 UTC and May 21, 2026 00:00 UTC are counted.
• Deleted, removed, hidden, fraudulent, or disqualified uploads do not count.
• If a tie needs to be resolved, donut.build may use total schematic downloads during the competition period and then upload timing as tie-breakers.

3. Most downloads prize

• The Most Downloads prize is based on a single qualifying schematic uploaded during the competition window.
• Downloads must be recorded by donut.build systems to count.
• Downloads generated through bots, scripts, VPN rotation, automated tools, paid traffic services, fake accounts, or coordinated manipulation may be removed or discounted.

4. Upload requirements

• You may upload multiple schematics.
• You may only upload content that you created or have permission to publish.
• Uploads must comply with donut.build site policies, including moderation, copyright, and terms rules.

5. Minimum quality requirement

Each qualifying schematic must:

• include at least one valid preview image
• load successfully without errors
• contain a meaningful build, not empty or trivial content
• use an accurate title and category
• not be a minor variation of the same build repeatedly submitted

donut.build may remove uploads considered spam, extremely low-effort, artificially split, broken, misleading, or policy-violating.

6. Account integrity

• Participants may not use multiple accounts to increase uploads, downloads, or leaderboard position.
• Accounts determined to be controlled by the same individual or group may be merged, disqualified, or removed from rankings.

7. Duplicate content

• Uploads that are substantially similar to existing entries may be treated as duplicates.
• This includes minor edits, rotations, scaling changes, cosmetic variations, or repeated versions of the same build.

8. Disqualification

We may disqualify an entry or participant if we determine that they:

• used bots, scripts, fake accounts, or manipulation to affect rankings or downloads
• uploaded stolen, infringing, misleading, or policy-violating content
• attempted to exploit bugs, loopholes, or tracking errors
• interfered with the integrity of the competition or the site
• tried to bypass upload limits or rate limits

donut.build may limit upload volume or apply rate limits to maintain fairness, prevent spam, or protect platform stability.

9. Prizes

• 1st place for most schematics uploaded: 100,000,000 DonutSMP Money
• 2nd place for most schematics uploaded: 50,000,000 DonutSMP Money
• 3rd place for most schematics uploaded: 25,000,000 DonutSMP Money
• Most downloads on a single qualifying schematic: 100,000,000 DonutSMP Money

Prizes are awarded based on final reviewed standings, not temporary live leaderboard positions.

10. Prize distribution

• Prize distribution is expected within 7 days after the competition ends.
• Winners must maintain an active donut.build account at the time of prize distribution.
• Prize distribution may be delayed for review, verification, moderation, or fraud checks.

11. Final review and discretion

• Live leaderboard data may update over time and may not be final.
• donut.build reserves the right to correct tracking errors, remove invalid activity, and finalize standings after review.
• All competition decisions made by donut.build are final.

12. Changes

We may update these rules if needed for clarity, fairness, safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
